Our client is ranked among the top Engineering Private Colleges in Bangalore as per NIRF Ranking. NAAC also accredits it with ‘A’ Grade. Despite being one of the famous institutes in Bangalore, the institution struggled with their campaign across major paid channels. We were able to enhance the institution’s digital presence with our expertise in paid marketing.

Challenges

During the college admission season, the market experiences a lot of institutions doing paid marketing to appear at the top of the search results. They also run paid ads on all the popular social media platforms to gain leads. Our client was struggling to get the most out of their paid campaigns.

Especially when the market was filled with major competition.

Apart from it, the challenges faced by our clients were:

- To generate a Max MQL at a lower cost for around four months across major paid channels
- To drive more awareness across different tier-3 cities
- Bring maximum leads out of the paid campaign

Solution

We analyzed the results of the previous paid campaigns to find the gaps in the ad placements and did a site audit to find out why all the present traffic was not converting well.

Apart from it, we also analyzed the social media presence of the client. It seemed that the client was wasting a lot of their money by targeting the wrong audience through their paid ads. After analyzing the whole thing, we did the following things to enhance our client’s digital growth:

  • - Find potential customers and targeted them
  • - Find the right keywords to target on the paid campaigns
  • - Change the site design to generate maximum MQL
  • - Start posting on social media on a consistent basis
  • - Create different types of attractive ads to generate more leads

Results

Within a tight timeline of 4 months, we were able to deliver more than the expected results. We brought down the lead costs drastically with our new strategy.
